 FOOD & WINE TOURS
Tuscany cuisine is rich of many savours and dishes such us truffles, chestnuts, oil, wine, salami, pasta and soups, vegetables, beef (i.e. bistecca alla fiorentina), chocolate (we live into the Chocolate Valley) and so on… Travelling through Tuscany it will be possible to taste the same ingredient cooked in different ways following local traditions. Organized in exclusive places for our Guests, this is an experience for tourists who want to discover the hidden Tuscany and get to know the real Mediterranean Diet, which has won a place in UNESCO's list of Intangible Cultural Heritage.
Every day will be an occasion to taste good food and wine, to study Italian Language in funny cooking lessons and to visit stunning places like villas, medieval villages, castles, farms, chocolate and food laboratories.

Why do not use holidays to improve one’s own Language knowledge?
In cooperation with a partner training center, Aloha Agency provides Italian language courses from the A1 level to the C1 level. For Business: a course dedicated to the specific field of work. It will be possible organize commercial or technical lessons, too. In the mean time, the partner will have different program between wellness, shopping, culture or tastings. For Students: we can organize summer camps in which students have the possibility to make holiday and learn Italian in the mean time. For Families: Created for those who want to learn the language following different steps. Adults will have their teacher and children will enjoy learning Italian in funny lessons visiting the adventure park, the zoo, Pinocchio’s Park or Leonardo da Vinci’s Museum. At the end of the day, all members of the family will meet to continue their holiday. Guest will have lessons without a specific theme but we suggest to choice the semantic field i.e. Art, History, Literature, Music and Cuisine.

Walking through the city centre of Tuscans towns, tourists could observe some incredible works of art and admire the monuments which represent the most important ages in the Art History of Tuscany, from the Etruscan Age to Renaissance. Each tour could also include visits to important museums and private collections. During the year, there are many occasions to take part to Festival of Traditions remind of past events i.e. La Giostra dell’ Orso (Pistoia, July), Palio di Siena ( July and August), il Palio di Pescia (September) and so on. Characters wear medieval dresses and medieval dishes are cooked to remember how people lived in that period. Literature Tour
Dante, Petrarca, Carducci, Pascoli, Terzani are only some of the most important poets and writers of the Italian literature and all of them were Tuscan! By our tour, we suggest to visit places that saw these important persons grow up and become famous all over the world. History Tour Not many persons know that the Pistoia Cemetery was used to bury 462 Brazilian soldiers killed in action during the World War II Italian Campaign. The FEB (Força Expedicionaria Brasileira) fought in the Tuscany region from 1944 till V-E Day and received many awards from the Allied Command for its valour and courage in action.
In this tour, visitors could experience the atmosphere of II World War battles and be in touch with those brave soldiers’ lives Music Tour
During summer months, music plays an important role in the local, cultural life: tourists could attend the Puccini Festival, the Maggio Fiorentino and the Festival Pistoia Blues.
Music is the main character in Pistoia also for its pipe organ tradition. Our tours can be enriched by joining one of our experimental percussions labs, being thought for people who want to play music and not just to listen to it. Art Tour
In our creations, Guests will find classical itineraries (i.e.Florence and Pisa) but we wish to show less known but not less beautiful places, too. Our area offers many opportunities, from Adventure Parks to Educational Farms, where children can experience rural life in contact with animals and nature, to the Zoo, in which people can get in touch with nature and its incredible creatures.
